International Rivals and friends Shelly Kann (MN) and Shelley
Hickman (New Zealand) talk over the events of the Championship. Going into
the final Round for the 96 crown, the two were only separated by 2 points.
At the start of the final moto the two riders were tied on points. Kann
emerged victorious, while Hickman, got tangled up with Dee Wood and suffered a
punctured radiator, seizing her bike and DNF'ing within sight of the flag. |
