DM Sports Set to manage DKL Motorsports West
Coast Supercross Lites Team
DKL Motorsports Lites Team Owner Dave Lopez
announced the hiring of Women's MX legend Debbie Matthews to manage the West
Coast SX Lites, Arenacross and Outdoor National team and provide sponsorship
development . This marks the first time in the history of the sport a
female has been chosen to manage a Men's professional Motocross Team. Team
riders include Ricky Yorks and Braden Barnes, with Israel (Issy) Lopez as
Chief Mechanic. Matthews is best known for co-founding the WML (Women's
Motocross League), Co-creating the WML/AMA National Championships, and the
AMA/WML Women's Stadiumcross Championships, as well as founding WSMX
(Women's School of Motocross). For team sponsorship
